How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates, but we're happy to check availability for last-minute events too.

We proudly serve the Greater Charlotte and Lake Norman area, NC. Reach out with your zip code and we'll confirm delivery availability.
Do you set everything up and take it down?
Yes! Every rental includes delivery, setup, and teardown by our team. Just let us know where you'd like everything placed.
Is the equipment cleaned between rentals?
Every piece is sanitized and inspected before and after each rental so it arrives clean and safe for your guests.
Can I customize colors to match my party theme?
Absolutely — many of our soft play sets and add-ons can be customized. Mention your theme or color palette when you reach out.
What if it rains and my event is outdoors?
We'll work with you to reschedule or move indoors when possible. Contact us as soon as you can if weather is a concern.
How do I get a price quote?
